Who says kids can’t be superheroes? Don’t believe it’s true? Follow these kids on their first mission, they make a believer out of you too.
Inspired by real life children achieving extraordinary feats using everyday items, their brainpower, and teamwork.
Overall this book was good. The Lil' Defenders are children that are superheroes (obviously). The kids in the book discover their powers and then use them for good. I liked the message that we all have our own powers and can do things everyday ourselves to help make the world better and defend against bad. Good message for kids. I would recommend for younger children who are reading but maybe not quite up to chapter books yet.
